We believe in complete customer satisfaction. We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our products and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unused item within 30 days from the order date. Any product that has been used by the customer upon receipt it is non returnable. All items must be returned in original condition with our tags attached.**
Upon Receipt of Product:
Please make sure to inspect your product as soon as you receive it. Before removing any tags or factory tape, check over the product for any blemishes or irregularities.
To Apply for a Return or Exchange***:
- All you need to do is Start A Hassle-Free Return by emailing us via our Contact Us page.
- Please be sure to include the following information in your correspondence: (A) your order number, (B) the reason for the return, (C) the number of items being returned, and (D) the name of the item being returned.
- From there, we will respond to you by email and direct you as to next steps.
- When we receive the product, your credit card will be refunded or an exchange will be made. Credits may take up to 5 business days to process.
Please note, all returns MUST have a Return Manufacturer Authorization prior to return. Only one return label will be provided per order.
**A restocking fee in the amount of 10% will be deducted on any items returned for orders larger than $150.00, and 15% will be deducted on any items returned for orders larger than $250.00. Totals before any coupons or discounts will be used to determine Order value. Where a customer makes a partial return of their order and the Order value falls below $75.00 as a result, a shipping charge of $7.00 will be deducted from the refund.
***Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders made outside of the continental United States (This includes International orders, such as from Canada & Mexico, and US territories).
