Terms and Conditions

Customers must make a submission within 60 days of purchase in order to extend it until up to 60-days from the Order Date.

After submission, you can begin an extended-return claim by contacting the original marketplace (Amazon, Macys etc.) to process a return and request a return label. We will authorize the marketplace to accept any return within the new return window. Within 5 business days of receipt of the return package, we will process your refund. In the event that the original marketplace is unwilling to process a refund outside of their respective return window, we will issue you a store-credit for the value paid for the returned merchandise.

Authorized Resellers:

If you purchased a Sakatta, Inc. product from an unauthorized reseller, your Sakatta, Inc. extended return period will not be valid.

F - Shop App, must be purchased from the "HLC.me Shop App Store"

G - Kohls.com, must be purchased from the "HLC.me Marketplace Store"

H - Shein.com, must be "Sold by LushLane"

J - Lowes.com, must be "Sold and Shipped by Sakatta Inc"

This Extended Period protection does not cover:
  • Purchases made from Amazon.com, "where the Shipper/Seller is Amazon.com"
  • Purchases made from Overstock.com
  • Purchases made from Bedbathbeyond.com
  • Purchases made from Wayfair.com or its affiliated websites
  • Purchases made from an Unauthorized Reseller
  • Damage due to improper installation or maintenance
  • Losses due to theft or loss
  • Damages due to unexpected and uncontrollable natural events such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, and other disasters.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, or cleaners not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Damage caused by pets (like scratches or bites) or insect infestation is usually excluded.
  • Damage from liquid spills, flooding, or moisture that could cause warping, staining, or mildewing.
  • Damage caused by odors from cooking, smoking, or any other sources.  

Non-Transferable: Warranties that are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser, not covering second-hand products or items given as gifts without a receipt.
