Customers must make a submission within 60 days of purchase in order to extend it until up to 60-days from the Order Date.
After submission, you can begin an extended-return claim by contacting the original marketplace (Amazon, Macys etc.) to process a return and request a return label. We will authorize the marketplace to accept any return within the new return window. Within 5 business days of receipt of the return package, we will process your refund. In the event that the original marketplace is unwilling to process a refund outside of their respective return window, we will issue you a store-credit for the value paid for the returned merchandise.
If you purchased a Sakatta, Inc. product from an unauthorized reseller, your Sakatta, Inc. extended return period will not be valid.

- Damage caused by pets (like scratches or bites) or insect infestation is usually excluded.
- Damage from liquid spills, flooding, or moisture that could cause warping, staining, or mildewing.
- Damage caused by odors from cooking, smoking, or any other sources.
Non-Transferable: Warranties that are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser, not covering second-hand products or items given as gifts without a receipt.
